Customer service and Service Department Hospitality After purchasing my 2017 GMC Acadia at a different location, I pulled into Meadowland of Carmel complaining of a noise while turning my steering wheel After purchasing my 2017 GMC Acadia at a different location, I pulled into Meadowland of Carmel complaining of a noise while turning my steering wheel. They immediately took my car in and sent me home with a loaner. Within one hour I received a call that they located the problem and ordered the part. My part came in within one week, and my car was fixed within one hour of me dropping it off. Melvin, one of the mechanics was extremely knowledgeable and competent. Krissy was pleasant and caring, Jim brought me to Ken and explained what was going on. Ken Kepler explained, although it was a minor problem, his goal was to gain my confidence in GMC, so he called his Regional Manager who was more than happy to extend my warranty. I love my car. It rides beautifully, and after the way I was treated, I will be sure to purchase my future vehicles from Meadowland of Carmel. More

Early Saturday, to my surprise, I received a call from the service department saying that they had diagnosed the problem and filled me in as to the fix as well as cost. The car was ready in an hour and they came in $50.00 under the estimate. That is how you keep customer coming back. More

I always seek his advice prior to any purchase. I many instances with used vehicles I have purchased for my business, he has solved problems that independent mechanics could not. I travel 30 minutes to their dealership and it is worth it. More
Please Explain This I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the Meadowland's service department today asking for a software update for my radio. My radio display was f I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the Meadowland's service department today asking for a software update for my radio. My radio display was flashing "please insert update USB." The service department called and told me my radio was dead and needed to be replaced for $2500, but they would do me a favor and only charge $550. Additionally, they were charging an $80 diagnostic fee, despite being informed of the issue on drop off. Upon questioning the diagnosis fee, it was very quickly waived and I expressed doubt in needing a new radio. I told them I would try to update the radio software on my own. I was assured that everything was tried and tested and the radio was as dead as could be. Further, they repeatedly told me that I absolutely could not update my own software. Within 15 minutes of leaving, Meadowland called and offered to replace my radio for free. My husband downloaded the uconnect software on to a USB and within 10 minutes my radio was as good as new. Upon calling Meadowland and informing them that the radio is fixed, they were speechless. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the utter dishonesty. Either the technicians are completely incompetent or Meadowland is scamming unsuspecting customers. We have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, but have yet to hear from anyone. I will never do business with Meadowland again and will be sure to warn everyone I know. More

Tristine was the go between who actually fought with an out of state insurance company to get the job done right. The insurance company would not agree to pay the cost, and in addition, wanted to use after market parts instead on Honda certified parts to replace my quarter, fender and rear bumper. In fact, Tristine convinced them my rear bumper needed replacing because initially, they were not replacing it. Persistence was the key and without it her daily communication, I am certain I would have not received the full amount from this insurance company. My car still looks great today and I recommend her professionally for any future work and to anyone looking for the most conscientious and thorough person to get the job done. More
Autobody Shop Experience I had my 2014 Durango in to repair the rear bumper and lower valence due to a small rear end hit. Could I have gone to a independent shop, maybe would have been less, All I can say I am very happy with my choice to have it done at the Dealership. Hopefully I never have to again, but I know this is a place I can trust More
