The overall experience was excellent...car was designed as requested and every aspect was explained to me upon arrival of car. Dealer was friendly and kept me informed of everything that was taking place as requested and every aspect was explained to me upon arrival of car. The down side: I had a $1000 incentive that expired while waiting for the car to arrive (not my fault) although the dealer split the difference with me and I paid only $500 more but still I think it should have been accepted. Other point was my gas tank was empty with the explanation that they only put in 3 gallons for a new car???? Every other dealer gives a full tank when you pick up a new car and especially a $40K+ car. More

Your dealership understands the importance of my time, and always willing to offer loaner cars for the day so my vehicle during my repairs. It is worth the service and respect to drive the almost 50 miles and 1 hour to come to Meadowland Of Carmel, more dealerships need to look at your business model and follow it. After some discussion with my wife, we believe that trading in the 2008 Avalanche may not be the best option for us personally right now. The Vehicles we drove the other day are very nice, I especially like the Acadia the best, we really need to be prepared to replace the 2003 Pontiac Vibe at any time. It is running good at this time but it weighs heavily on our mind that it is a car with 238k on the original Engine, Transmission, and although maintenance is a big part of why it is still running the age and mileage will be on our minds. If or when the Vibe finally gives out, you will be the first person I come to for my replacement. PROMISE!! Thank you John Y. More
