These guys are the reason why car salesmen have such a bad r After signing a sales contract and paying a deposit for a 2015 Durango R/T which had to be ordered from the factory, I left the dealership with the Sa After signing a sales contract and paying a deposit for a 2015 Durango R/T which had to be ordered from the factory, I left the dealership with the Salesman’s and his sales manager’s assurances that my order would be placed with the following day. After evading my emails and voicemails for a week, the salesman emailed me to let me know that the dealership would not place my order unless I accepted less for my trade-in than what was agreed to when I signed the sales contract a week earlier (and the same trade in value offered to me 8 months earlier). I was then told that if I did not want to proceed with the order my deposit would be refunded to me. I opted for the refund of my deposit. A week later I did NOT get a full refund. This dealership decided to deduct $210 from my deposit as a credit card interest fee. I am currently disputing the fee through my credit card company. I would avoid this dealership More

I had an outstanding lease on another car that I did not want to return but also did not want multiple lease payments. Working with Tom over over the next few months, he was able to create a new lease offer on the Jeep that satisfied all my requests + a little more. He was always very professional and responsive to everyone of my questions and requests. While I had only a limited dealing with Joe Hickey, his professionalism and attentiveness to details were very much appreciated. More

Tristine was the go between who actually fought with an out of state insurance company to get the job done right. The insurance company would not agree to pay the cost, and in addition, wanted to use after market parts instead on Honda certified parts to replace my quarter, fender and rear bumper. In fact, Tristine convinced them my rear bumper needed replacing because initially, they were not replacing it. Persistence was the key and without it her daily communication, I am certain I would have not received the full amount from this insurance company. My car still looks great today and I recommend her professionally for any future work and to anyone looking for the most conscientious and thorough person to get the job done. More

So far so good as th I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Tom Healy at Meadowland in December of 2014. This was my first time at this dealership. So far so good as they say. Tom Healy was very helpful and we quickly settled on a vehicle that met my requirements. We obviously also negotiated a fair price. Since then I have been back for routine service and that experience has been very good as well. It had only been a few months up to this point which is why I only rated 4 stars not 5, I could not be more pleased so far. More
