CONSUMER BEWARE-I purchased 2 new cars from meadowlands that were awesome and recently in the past year bought a used car and paid for the warrenty. We were never told that the car came with an after marke that were awesome and recently in the past year bought a used car and paid for the warrenty. We were never told that the car came with an after market part that won’t be covered under warrenty. We had the car towed twice within a year for repairs to Meadowlands and was told it’s not covered under the warrenty since it’s an after market part yet we were sold the car that way. We inquired about this as it’s not fair.. We were told we can’t prove that it was not sold to us this way. Interesting since I purchased the full warrenty. Why would I put an after market part on if I paid in full for the warrenty? They said they can’t help us and now the car sits in my driveway for months. I went to another auto mechanic and they said legally they can’t fix it. I’ll never ever buy another car from Meadowlands they can’t be trusted! CONSUMER BEWARE More

Had to make an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance. Drop my car off in the morning of the day and by afternoon they hadn't even touched the car yet. Then when I ask about it they give an attitude like I had some massive list of work to be done. It was little things like checking the codes on check engine in the gas cap. An oil change, and a directional light got a total attitude from Chris at service like it was my fault they didn't get to it. Not even an apology. Then when it said okay that's fine. I'll be there at 3:15 to pick up my vehicle. He said okay. I'll leave the keys in it. I get dropped off from work, I walk back to the vehicle, and it's locked. So I had to walk back up to the other service department to get my keys. What a dick. Tell me that wasn't an intentional move. So I went through a little bit of a hassle getting my vehicle there and they didn't even touch it, completely wasting my time and inconveniencing other people. Yet to make the appointment I waited on hold for over ten minutes and listened to their add which states that they have hundreds of used vehicles in stock, I guess I'm just not important enouigh !!! I found this car to be priced as a very good value, even in todays world. Very happy with all aspects of this dealership and will always keep them in mind for my automotive needs - even though I live in Massachusetts. More
