ZERO STARS! ! Nonexistent customer service! NEVER take your vehicle to the service dept, they are slow, do not return phone calls, actively dodge calls, make mass ! Nonexistent customer service! NEVER take your vehicle to the service dept, they are slow, do not return phone calls, actively dodge calls, make massive mistakes and then don’t quickly try to resolve them, instead they put you off for weeks at a time hoping you’ll go somewhere else to fix their mistake. Service managers are a joke!! Avoid this place at all costs!! More

Worst customer service! I went to the dealership with the intention of replacing my car battery as indicated by the sticker on the battery (it was replaced January 2022). The sales staff was great following up, but the only reason I called them was because Cars.com didn't publish the correct price for the vehicle. HORRIBLE service after the sale! My vehicle I traded in has still not been paid off 6 weeks later! Now I have to make double payments to keep my credit from being wrecked becaues thi My vehicle I traded in has still not been paid off 6 weeks later! Absolutely horrible experience! I bought my car from them almost 2 months ago and they have not paid off my trade in yet. Its impossible to reach anyone - I have left multiple voice I bought my car from them almost 2 months ago and they have not paid off my trade in yet. Its impossible to reach anyone - I have left multiple voicemails. They have also not got me my new plates yet - and there is no resolution on that front. I will Absolutely stay away from this dealership. I have already lodged a complaint against them as well to the Texas DMV. More

My salesman was awesome. But AFTER the sale, I am getting sent in circles. My car I traded in has still not been paid off (its almost 1 month after) and they are going to din But AFTER the sale, I am getting sent in circles. My car I traded in has still not been paid off (its almost 1 month after) and they are going to ding my credit and now there are late fees. I've left multiple voice-mails, one guy said he would look into and call me back which he didn't. The lady that answers the phone says she does not have anyones email and to call back. This is ridiculous and it should have been paid off!!! More
