I worked with Adam on my recent service experience and he was great. He was very responsive and took care of my service visit in a reasonable amount of time. Plus, I told him several weeks in advance what I would like to have done and he remembered all of it, which I thought was great. Don's attitude makes the customer service undescribable. He takes time to answer questions and is readily availble for all my concerns. He's my go to guy! I came in for an oil change, ended up talking to Maria, and bought my 3rd car from her. I continue to deal with Maria because I have little time to waste and value honesty. I have never driven a car from the same manufacturer, let alone salesperson, for more than two cars until now. And thank goodness for Kevin. I just get in the car and go, the Bluetooth is connected answering calls, reading e-mails and streaming my Pandora…so hot! I originally came in for an oil change. I had a ton of work to do and needed a quiet space and Greg found one for me. Who goes to get an oil change and ask for a quiet place to work!!! Greg acted like it was no big deal, and I was able to get all of my work done so I could enjoy the rest of my Saturday. After all of my inconveniencing of the service team, I did not even need the service because I got a new car. I would have been a little ticked if I was Greg, but he wasn’t. Awesome Team! More
