Meade Lexus of Lakeside

I have been taking our cars to Meade Lexus of Lakeside since we have lived in Michigan (over 13 years). We have three Lexus vehicles. I finally talked my brother into buying a Lexus. He lives in Ohio and since we have lived in Michigan (over 13 years). We have three Lexus vehicles. I finally talked my brother into buying a Lexus. He lives in Ohio and loves the car...but is not thrilled with the service department or the service team (in Ohio). After hearing him talk about it...I realized how fortunate we are to live so close to Meade Lexus of Lakeside and to have such wonderful people working there! We have enjoyed working with each of them. I have been fortunate to have Lindsay answer the phone most often when I phone in for service - she is always very helpful and friendly. If there is something we can't figure out, she always goes the extra mile to find the answer for me and to get it taken care of! More
