Meade Lexus of Lakeside

On April 5, we visited Lakeside Lexus with the intention of looking over the current models, getting a price range, and taking a few days to make our decision on whether to lease/buy another Lexus, a Cadill of looking over the current models, getting a price range, and taking a few days to make our decision on whether to lease/buy another Lexus, a Cadillac, or a Lincoln. When we arrived at the dealership, we were outdoors, looking over one of the models on display, when Paul Adams came out to greet us. He was cordial; he answered all our questions, and invited us to come indoors. He asked about our current Lexus and what we were looking for in a new one. He explained many of the new features that have been added since we purchased our 2004 model. At no time did he exert undue pressure, nor did he make promises he could not back up. Once we zeroed in on the type of car we were interested in, he came along for a test drive and explained the features of the car. When we returned, he presented various lease and purchase options, and was also able to explain the benefits of certain options over others. After checking for available colors, we made our decision to lease a model in stock. While we spent the better part of Mr. Adams’ day with him, and even kept him from his lunch, we never felt for one moment that we were being rushed through the process. We were very pleased with Mr. Adams' soft spoken professionalism and his knowledge of the products. We would recommend Mead Lexus and Mr. Adams to anyone who might be interested in a Lexus product.
