I came across Meade Lexus of Lakeside when I was looking for a Lexus RX450h. I live in NYC and found the perfect car at the right price when searching through their inventory. When I called, my salesperson (Charlie Treba) picked up the phone, he was extremely nice and helpful. He gave me the full specs and did a walk around of the car while I was on the phone to tell me about any issues that he thought may concern me, there were none! He was very accommodating and took his time to answer any and all of my questions. He kept me updated and informed about every step along the way. From the start, my wife and I felt extremely comfortable with this purchase considering we were buying the car without even seeing it in person! Charlie took care of everything and even arranged everything to have the car shipped to me and it didn't end when the transaction was completed, he continued to provide me with outstanding service after the sale was complete.
