A copy of the Agreement is attached hereto and made part hereof as Exhibit 1. In the first WHEREAS paragraph, the Agreement cites as consideration that “TIC wishes to employ or continue employment of Employee in consideration for Employee’s agreement to maintain the confidentiality of TIC’s and its customers’ proprietary information” and, in the next paragraph, further states that “in consideration of the mutual promises herein, the parties agree” (emphasis added). The Agreement then goes on to list some promises that the Employee must make, but TIC itself makes no promises throughout the Agreement. More

The sales rep was very enthusiastic and made sure she listened to what I was looking for instead of most dealerships that just try push anything and not care what you want. As I was walking to the door I was greeted with a smile. We stepped inside and everyone was so happy laughing and talking with their customers. I watched numerous people finishing their dealso and very one one looked so happy. I know we have all experienced the car buying blues (walking in knowing what you want leaving paying way to much that you looked drained). Not here!!!! You walk in and the customer service is fantastic, I was being to wonder if customer service was dead but no it is alive at this Barre, VT dealership. I left with the car I wanted with more features then I could imagine for an amazing price. All that is not what will have me coming back here, the staff is what made this a truly great experience.
