NEVER will I buy a Toyota based off this experience. And definitely DO NOT wish to work with this dealership again. Yes, they got me a $0 down Finance on a used vehicle (not a Toyota), because of the And definitely DO NOT wish to work with this dealership again. Yes, they got me a $0 down Finance on a used vehicle (not a Toyota), because of the Promotional Capital One offer I had an appointment for. Only means that with the finance company I got saddled with (never heard of it), I'll end up paying twice the vehicle's value. As another negative, that Finance company has my name wrong and I have to go through a rigamarole, as though I'm doing a legal name change, to get them to document my name correctly. That was Monday. I didn't get the vehicle until Friday, after having terrible communication with the sales rep. about the vehicle waiting for a unspecified "part" that wasn't in my sales contract. I have yet to have what the specified part was disclosed. Because I had to go in to the dealership to get the backseat headrests that "disappeared" and the sales rep tried to claim were never there (though she was the one who removed them when showing me the vehicle). Also, I found a nail in the back tire, when the TPM sensor dropped and took the vehicle into the (Toyota) service center, which I am supposed to have a year's maintenance package included. The service done (sales rep claimed then vehicle was being serviced and "detailed") in that week I was waiting for it. That was a blatant lie. It had not even been vacuumed, let alone cleaned out. I did not receive service documents, which I requested when there to get the tire fixed. The document I was given was dated pre-sale, indicating faults (making it inoperable), without the services completed indicated. On top of that, the service department claimed the tire wasn't repairable and tried to charge me the cost of a tire and their time for fixing it. (I took it to Les Schwab, who patched it for free.) Lastly, the sales rep was unprofessional. When I state "I go by "name", that is an indicator that I have no inclination to be addressed any other way. I am not your "honey, baby," or any other patronizing term, especially as a 20+ Army Combat Veteran. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. More
