He went above and beyond when I let him know I wanted to buy the vehicle, but my husband got into an accident at work that day and instead of moving onto the next buyer, he took my word for it and told me he would hold the vehicle for us until we could make it in to purchase, encouraging me to focus on my family first. When we made it in to buy the process was very easy and well explained to us. We were out in an hour and picked up our 4Runner the next day re-detailed and full of gas.
