I’ve had two outstanding experiences at McCord’s Vancouver Toyota recently, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service. I first brought in my 2026 RAV4 Hybrid Limited for the installation o Vancouver Toyota recently, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service. I first brought in my 2026 RAV4 Hybrid Limited for the installation of mudguards and an eyelet terminal for a Noco trickle charger. Ruben and Elijah in the Accessories department were exceptional during the planning phase. They were incredibly responsive to my voicemails and took the time to answer every technical question I had without rushing me. The installation itself was top-notch. My mechanic, James, went above and beyond by coming out to the reception area twice—first to show me my options for the eyelet placement and again to demonstrate how to use it, which was very helpful given the battery’s location in the trunk. I returned the following week for a Paint Protection Film (PPF) application. The coordination was seamless; the dealership even arranged Uber transport for my drop-off and pick-up. Though they use a local specialist for the film, the work was absolutely flawless. Ruben and Elijah were again there to assist at the desk, walking out to the vehicle with me and the specialist to do a thorough inspection of the work. The pricing was competitive with other local shops, but the peace of mind and professional support from Ruben, Elijah, and James made all the difference. If you are looking for high-quality accessory installation or paint protection, I highly recommend managing it through the team at Vancouver Toyota. More

Walking into a dealership as a woman can sometimes feel intimidating or overwhelming. From the very beginning, Fernando completely alleviated that feeling. He was respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I never felt pressured or talked down to — only supported and clearly informed. He made the entire lease process smooth and straightforward. I also want to thank Joe M. in finance for taking the time to carefully explain a few additional financing details to me. He was thorough and made sure I understood everything before signing, which I truly appreciated. This is actually my second lease with McCord’s. I previously leased a Toyota RAV4 here and had the same positive experience — not just with the sales process, but with the service and maintenance team as well. Knowing I could look forward to that same superb service again gave me real confidence in leasing another vehicle from this dealership. As for my new 2026 Corolla — I love it. The ride is smooth, the technology is intuitive, the fuel efficiency is excellent, and the monthly payment feels manageable and realistic. Was told by service writer that they would video record the oil change. Video was performed but it did not upload to server. The oil was same color prior to and post oil change. The oil was changed (and filter). This dealership did what they could to make it right and want to honor them with 5 stars! I recently had a scheduled maintenance on my Toyota Corolla. I had a friend meet me in the lobby to have a visit while I waited for the service. We had nice free coffee and enjoyed the gas fireplace. On arrival, Ayush walked me through the process, clearly and professionally. I needed to add tires (WA winter is in full swing) and he said he would arrange it. After I had settled into the lobby, Justin (tire specialist) arrived with a clipboard and answered all my questions, allowed me time to get an affirmation on my choice from my husband via text, and kept me up to date during the rest of the time. When it was time to pay and pick up the car, there was some confusion over the price Justin had quoted me due to a mechanic putting my tire size higher than they were…throughout the awkward situation, both Justin and Ayush worked professionally, and gave the appearance of longtime colleagues (their age would make it seem they hadn’t worked together very long) to resolve the misunderstanding without it being a big deal. I was impressed and will continue taking my service to this location! More

After driving 2.5 hours was told by text that my car that I was coming for was sold the day before. xxx? I repeatedly told these xxxx's that I don't want to come down if the car is there and this was the communication that I received. Compensated for just the gas there after telling them I took PDO for this xx. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Also worth mentioning that when my girlfriend was speaking to the sales manager the dealer was cowering behind him with a smirk. If you do come to this dealership do not go with Esther Nuryagdieva, Bobby Gargari, or Micheal Keene. Customer service was xxxx. More
