My wife & I went to McSweeney dealership in PellCity due to a request from Jamie McClain for our church to bring supplies for NC storm victims. Drove up & was greeted by a really polite salesman Ashton Van to a request from Jamie McClain for our church to bring supplies for NC storm victims. Drove up & was greeted by a really polite salesman Ashton Vann, who called for help to unload & thanked us for the donation. I noticed a truck that I really liked, looked it over, went inside for pricing & etc. We agreed on a price with the sales manager who was super nice to deal with & wrote the check, agreed to pick up next morning. Due to my neglect I had to have 4 wheel drive to pull my boat out of a steep ramp & this truck was 2 WD. Called Ashton next am & explained my problem, He went to management & they quickly responded & agreed to cancel the sale, returned my check, all done in a very professional manner. Ashton Vann went beyond the norm & showed me a few trucks but no 4 WD that I liked. Ashton is fairly new into auto sales but he was very eager to help & very pleasant to work with. I got my oil changed at this location and they left the oil dipstick out upon completion of the oil change. The next day I noticed I had oil spewing out all over the bottom of my truck and all over my gar oil dipstick out upon completion of the oil change. The next day I noticed I had oil spewing out all over the bottom of my truck and all over my garage floor. Smoke is coming out the bottom of my truck because it was burning raw oil. Terrible job in quality!!!!!!!!!! More
