To keep it minimal, the service personnel that I dealt with Craig was absolutely amazing. The service manager Shan should be pushing the mop bucket and washing the cars. Dave her puppy on a string needs to be handled because nobody even knows his position all except he came with Shan. Also he insinuated me and him would have an altercation if I didn’t correct my tone with Shan and the whole time me and him crossed words his boss stood right there and never corrected him. When you tell a customer you job title is F around and find out, seems a bit unprofessional. I’ll never be back. Only gave it 1 star bc i couldn’t give it zero! Needs new management. More

I dropped my car off on a Thursday night and my appointment was at 7:30 am on Friday morning. I was not told that it would be several days before I got my car back. When I called to check on my ca appointment was at 7:30 am on Friday morning. I was not told that it would be several days before I got my car back. When I called to check on my car on Friday around noon, it had not been touched. I did not get my car back until Wednesday around noon. Other than a diagnostic test, the only service provided was a new battery. I was given a $18.00 discount and my service was over $400.00. I have purchased my last 5 cars at this dealership, which was recently bought out. I am hoping they get their stuff together before I have to buy my next one. I have to say that Mrs Kris was awesome and worked her behind off for me and she would call to provide me updates, because the service representative only returned 1 of 6 calls. More
