I was called and told all my part had arrived and I could schedule my service. When I got there for service, they did half the work and then told me they didn’t actually have all the parts needed. When I called to reschedule, they told me they would only schedule my service before 2, so they could get off work on time. That is going to cause me to have to take another day off work because they didn’t do their job correctly the 1st time. More

Work completed reasonably quickly over 2 visits. First visit was for diagnostic. Poor communication from dealership on keeping me updated on status. While I appreciate the protective Mats seat cover and steering wheel covers used while working on my vehicle, I believe they should be removed by tech and my vehicle locked after the work is done. Overall work was done appears to have corrected the problem at this time. More

I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and had the best experience, Daniel my service advisor made sure everything I needed was taken care of and was very nice.
