In April 2021 Stokes replaced the transmission in my car. This was not warranty work. We paid for it. September 2021, went to change the oil, and saw that 3 of the 4 bolts holding the subframe were MISSING This was not warranty work. We paid for it. September 2021, went to change the oil, and saw that 3 of the 4 bolts holding the subframe were MISSING. The remaining 1 bolt was so loose it fell out. This was a complete failure. It doesn't take but a few minutes to properly torque the bolts in. Had that 1 remaining bolt fell out at 70 mph on the interstate, it would have been disastrous. Who doesn't tighten bolts? That's pretty dang important! I would not recommend the service department for anything. More

People's are very accessible and explain clearly the problem, give an estimate for fixing it, give alternative of choice. Then, make an easy way for checking solution's which are affordable to me and always letting me making the choice without trying to influence me. Having a good test for my future car, good contact with other member's of the sale team, finding the best possible way for financing. All the team was very patient with me (even facing my strong French accent) and they spent all needed time for me. Well, is that's not an excellent service I don't know what it is. More

I took it in today for the first oil change outside of the free promotional oil changes I received when buying the car. I expected to pay roughly the same amount that was listed on previous oil change receipts. Instead I paid $85.87. When I called to speak with Michael Trump, I wasn't offered different oil options and was told the other receipts listed what Chrysler paid for oil not what I will pay for oil and supplies so all future oil changes would continue to be at least $85. I will be looking for another service center. More
Worse Dealership EVER!!! I bought a car in January that was used but was GMC certified. Today my check engine light came on. Took it to them and conveniently for them it wasnt under their "warranty" that I got. My car has 48,000 miles on it. I shouldnt be having a problem! I sucked it up and told them to fix it. They told me one price when I left it and when I got back to get it it was $80 more. They said it was because they only quoted me labor. I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE this place!! They have the worst customer service!!If you want a Chevrolet/Gmc be smart and drive a little futher. Oh! They also tell you when you buy from them you get 2 years free oil changes.... sounds good right???? Well I hate to bust it for ya but when you try to take it they put you in the back and tell you it will be 3 hours! Happened to me 3 times before I said never again. More

Tires at 16000 miles rode like a t In 2012 I bought a new Ram Laramie 4x4 from Stokes. Price was fair. Over the next 2 years I had warranty issues. 1. Tires at 16000 miles rode like a tank. Delaer stated it was a warranty issue but I needed to go through Goodyear. Of course Goodyear sent me back to them saying it was their issue., 2. Paint flaked on truck. They do not have a paint and body shop to handle that type of work. 3 GPS/Nav did not work correctly. Took it in three times to have them do the same thing over and over again. Finally they stated they were going to replace it. Made three phone calls just to get this set up. First 2 went unreturned. The third call I contacted David the service manager and he said he would call me back in a few minutes to get thing squared away. He never called. I call the store manager to report the problems I was having. He never returned my call. 2 months later I still have not heard from them. I sold the truck. I will never buy a product from Stokes again no matter how good of a deal you might get. This service after the sale was deplorable. Unbelievable they are still doing business. I buy 2 new cars every three years. Much of my family, co workers, clients and friends do the same. I will ALWAYS steer people away from Stokes no matter how good the deal is. More
