I took my truck in because the screen wasn’t working. After keeping it all day but only working on it for a few minutes, they charged me a ridiculous amount to tell me my screen wasn’t working. I sent in a poor review and they said they would reach out to me to correct the issue. I am still waiting. I think they do a standard reply to make it look like they care. Trust me, they don’t. I have since talked to numerous people who they have pulled the exact same scam on and call it “ diagnostics”. Buyer beware!!!!
