On 7-19-24 I made an emergency phone call after the brakes on my 2017 Silverado were not working properly. My daughter and I were traveling to the beach pulling my camper and experienced a braking issu brakes on my 2017 Silverado were not working properly. Fixed the issue and had us on our way in two and a half hours. The service department (Eric) was very helpful at making sure we were in and out as quickly as possible since we still had to continue our drive. During our wait the staff (Zoe) checked on us several times and made offers of drinks and snacks. Also, she brought my 10y/o daughter some coloring books to help pass the time.
