Took our vehicle in for the oil change. They were very prompt abaout getting our car in & serviced. They also washed the vehicle as an added service that we did not expect. Our overall experience at McNeill Chevrolet Buick was excellent. My wife and I purchased a certified used Chevrolet from Henry and McNeill back in 2006. That experience lead to our return to purchase a new Chevrolet in 2011. We test drove several cars before deciding on the car we wanted. Henry assisted us in deciding upon a 2011 Cruze Eco. Henry even pointed out an additional discount for being a Saturn owner that GM was offering for new car purchases. All aspects of the sale were handled in a professional manner. I walked in to test drive a Pontiac G6. I wanted a convertible, & I knew they didn't have any, but they did have a sedan. I figured that would give me a good idea of how the G6 convertible would hand convertible, & I knew they didn't have any, but they did have a sedan. I figured that would give me a good idea of how the G6 convertible would handle, since it's basically the same model. By the time I left the dealership, they had located 3 convertibles for me to consider. Two days later they had the one that sounded in the best shape here at the dealership for me to test drive. Two days after that it belonged to me. Great service. The day I was planning to pick the car up, my husband was ill, so they actually brought it to my house, a good 1/2 hour drive from the dealership!! Definitely would recommend this dealership! More

Tim was easy to work with, was friendly, respectful, and patient as we were searching for a first car for our daughter. My only complaint is that we went back for a scheduled service appointment to fix a windshield stone chip (present at purchase) for which we waited 50 minutes past our appointment time for the glass guy to show up and he never did, nor did he call to say why he was late. We had to leave without getting it fixed. What's worse is we were actually at Glass Doctor when I called McNeill to check if they knew whether it had already been fixed while on their lot, and the service guy suggested I bring it to them rather than having it fixed at Glass Doctor because they could do it cheaper. Now I will have to schedule another appointment, waste my gas and time to get there, and hope it doesn't spider in the meantime. But other than that, the dealership is very welcoming, friendly, and clean, the people are nice and don't have an attitude like some larger dealerships, and I would recommend them to anyone buying a used car. More
