Good people at McMullen Ford. Very knowledgeable about the trucks they sell. Had a great experience working with Frank and other staff. Awesome Glen went out of his way to apologize for one last step that the tectonic forgot to do. He told me to drive in the garage and stay in my truck( I had Glen went out of his way to apologize for one last step that the tectonic forgot to do. He told me to drive in the garage and stay in my truck( I had my grandson with me) and we will take care of this. Quick in - Quick out I had a couple of recalls to have done on my Escape and had my choice of several Ford/Lincoln dealers to have it done. Forgot part of service The dealership did a good job with the work, however they forgot to do pay off the service I requested. I got a ride back to the dealership and notice The dealership did a good job with the work, however they forgot to do pay off the service I requested. I got a ride back to the dealership and noticed they didn't perform all of the services, so I asked them about it and they admitted they forgot. They got it in right away, but I had to wait for an additional hour while they completed the service. More
