Why make a service appointment? Appointment for oil change service at 2 pm but vehicle was not taken into a service bay until 3:15 pm. That was a good financial deal but the long, long wait for the vehicle caused a cancellation of other activities scheduled for that day. More

Customer service is not strong with this one. I recently went here to buy a new trick for me and my family. I wanted to trade in my 2009 F250 for a newer one and buy a explorer for my wife. As negotiations began they came back with an appraisal of 4k for my truck. (btw my truck has only 78k miles) I told them they were crazy and I wanted a minimum of 12k (nothing wrong with my truck inside and outside look brand new) I informed them that there wasn't a lien or anything on this truck and I was going to purchase 2 cars today. The man and manager basically said "if you don't like it go somewhere else " so that's what I did.. Drove away and still am upset on the way I was treated. More

When I arrive they get me a loane and it’s a Ford Escape, my sons car seat wouldn’t fit and the vehicle was disgusting and smelled of cigarettes. When I return a few minutes later to exchange the horrible loaner I was told my warranty was over by months but not mileage which I know can be taken car of with a brief phone call to Ford but they wanted nothing to do with that. I got my truck and left and called and talk to a different ford dealership and they had no issue contacting Ford because the steering was a safety issue. Randy and Dan are who I dealt with and will never recommend anyone to this dealership. My wife and I our loyal ford owners and have Bought 3 brand new vehicles from Ford over the years and are very loyal to Ford and understand that this is not how things should be. Customer service is more important than the product in our eyes. More

David and Audri both greeted me with a smile and friendly handshake and same from Aaron once I decided to buy the 2011 Escape Limited. The entire process was very pleasant from the time I walked in the door until I left. I felt absolutely none of the pressure one usually experiences at car dealerships. I got a follow-up call from Audri the next day to be sure I made it home okay and to be sure I was satisfied with the car I bought. It's not a stretch to say that I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive from Kansas City in the future should I need or want to get another vehicle. A very heartfelt thank you all at McMullen Ford!!! Mr. Jess Baker was professional, respectful and friendly. Very easy to work with. He listened to our needs and didn't attempt to push us into more than we were prepared to buy. We HATE high pressure salespeople and would have walked if we had been treated that way. He did not do that at all!! We ended up with the perfect car for us and couldn't be happier! More

They treat you with respect and give a good deal, too! I went to check out a vehicle they had advertised as I was very much interested in buying it. They treated me with utmost respect. Though my reptile brain took over, and I ended up not buying it, Tim Mangiameli and his boss, a gentleman whose name I could not get, changed my perception of a car dealership. Would highly recommend and I will be doing business with them. More
