poor follow through Two salesman that said they were going to call us back did not!! We had to ask to talk with someone higher up basically to buy the car. Bob heard our complaints and I assume talked to the two salesman but we never really got an apology from either of the two salesman just from Bob. Pete explained the warranty in detail which was helpful. More
