The communication between the salesman, body shop, service department was terrible. We complained to the managers several times. They kept saying it's not the Mucmullin way but based on our experience I'm not sure what that means. I did not ask for compensation but was offered "gas" but that was never brought up again. Then after several weeks and a lot of time without our car it was finally fixed. No one followed up with a phone call to see if we were happy. I know it was only a used car we bought but I don't see us buying our next vehicle again. More

Far beyond the norm. I found the whole team from Dominic, Steve, all the guys that worked on my purchase and requirements were great. They talked to me, when I asked questions, there was no "well now little lady you don't have to worry your little mind about that. We'll take real good care of you". None of the bull s__t that women often have to deal with. There was honest respect and caring. I would recommend them to any woman wanting to handle their own business dealings. Especially Dominic who went far above and beyond what you would expect a sales person to do. McMullen Ford showes that used car salesmen can have honesty, integrity, fun, and respect for their customers. The only thing lacking is women in their sales force.
