The overall transaction was ok. Had an initial issue with the evaluation of a possible trade and initially left a poor review based on the first impression. Although I was able to come to a sale, I felt that the sales management and ownership team were not friendly towards me during my purchase process--not even a "thanks for buying your vehicle from us"--Something I observed happening with other customers during my time in the showroom, Not being acknowledged for a purchase from management at a car dealership is a first for me. Reception, sales, parts / shop and paperwork personnel were friendly, professional and very capable / competent in their interactions with me. More
