I had troubleshot the issue myself and been bounced between a couple body and glass shops, and finally took it to the dealer hoping they would have a quick fix. I detailed to the service advisor that only one small part on the regulator for the backlite window was malfunctioning. The cable spooler and motor were working correctly. I demonstrated for him opening and closing the window and was very explicit that the tech needed to focus on only the one part. When I got my truck back, the tech recommended an entire new regulator, to the tune of $1200, the part being only $200. I questioned the advisor, so he, the tech, and I all went out to the truck so the tech could show why he recommended such. He then showed that the cable inside the spooler had come unwound and was fraying and binding, which it was not when I dropped the truck off. When I asked why he hadn't looked at the one part I had pointed out, he said they normally just glue those down. I asked the advisor what the dealership was going to do since they had broken a part that was in working order before they touched it and he said they couldn't be held liable. The next day, I called the Service Manager. I told him the entire story, and he spoke to the tech (the advisor apparently quit that very night), then called me in the morning offering to go half on the labor for the replacement. Since Chrysler lists it as 4 hours for a 30 minute job, that would still be far higher cost than for me to replace it myself, so I refused. I should count myself lucky it's only a $200 part and they didn't break anything else. More
Went to buy a truck that's been on their lot for well over a year. Turns out they sent it to auction to get rid of it, but were able to get it back for me. I told them my payment limits and they couldn't over a year. Turns out they sent it to auction to get rid of it, but were able to get it back for me. I told them my payment limits and they couldn't do it, so I was willing to walk away. They ran out to the parking lot after me as I was leaving and said they could do a little better, which was still more than my max payment. I said they need to work on the price for the truck but they wouldn't budge. They were sending it to auction to get rid of it, but wouldn't work with me on price?! That left a bad taste in my mouth, but I could make the payment work, so I still did it. But what really got me was that they spent quite a long time cleaning it, but left hair all over inside, looks like dog hair. But even letting that go, what was the cheapest thing I've seen is that we test drove it at first and it had almost no gas in it. They even noticed that themselves and went to put gas in it after we bought it and but only put a 1/4 tank in it?! I mean really? You're so cheap that you won't fill a car the someone just bought for $50k? The whole experience made me feel nickel and dimed and that I dealt with sleazy sales people who play tricks. The only thing that made this worth it is that this is actually a great truck and was exactly what I was looking for. But I will never buy from Jim Doran again. And now I just received a letter that they are refunding me licensing fees because I didn't get them a deq inspection within 5 business days of them telling me they needed it and are now putting the responsibility on me to handle. The customer service is ridiculously horrid. Worst car buying experience I've ever had hands down. More

They have had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for 5 months now and still have not been able to get a transmission. They just keep telling me it is on order and there is no ETA. This is not acceptable. I work in a job where people order things everyday. When a customer's order is delayed and they want to know what is taking so long I look into their order, make phone calls and do tracking to see what is going on. I then give my customer's a detailed explanation of why there is a delay. I also make sure to apologize to my customers and make sure they know they are important to me. At this point I am considering getting a lawyer to see what my rights are. More
This place solidified that salesman are dishonest and will say anything to make a sale. Including selling a car with frame damage. Jason (the salesman who actually owned the car we bought) was so kind a will say anything to make a sale. Including selling a car with frame damage. Jason (the salesman who actually owned the car we bought) was so kind as to lie and tell us that the car had gone through 2 different service shops. One was the dealership and one was a separate Chevy dealership. We get it home (we live in Medford and had to drive 4 .5 hours for this car) and there is frame damage on the front end but the salesman swears it wasn't ever in an accident. The battery terminal wasn't even screwed on. The tire was skipping as we left and the so wonderfully kind salesman Jason swore that it was just because of the large tires not the frame damage we discovered and shotty work of the exhaust pipes. Beware of purchasing anything from this salesman and make sure you get it inspected by a private mechanic before signing paperwork. This place made it obvious they do not care about the customer but instead will say anything to get you into the car, sell you a car that is potentially unsafe & totaled, and push the warranties on you to make an extra buck. Good luck! More

They told me one date of completion but I’m reality they had no idea. When I backed out of the deal they refused to refund my deposit. It has been nearly two months since they ordered the part and it still not there. I could no longer wait. In my opinion they just wanted to get me on the hook for a truck they had no idea when or if they could even sell. More
I bought a car on 12/4/21 the very professional seller. They had not done any service, they lacked all the liquids. That made me think that it was not a very reliable diler, but it was too late, they promised me a discount on tires but they never called me 👎🏾👎🏾 More
Purchased a certain type of Jeep model I and been searching about 4 months for from Jim Doren in McMinnville, OR. I knew the market for the vehicle I was after but found most dealers to be way over searching about 4 months for from Jim Doren in McMinnville, OR. I knew the market for the vehicle I was after but found most dealers to be way over priced, both new and used. When I contacted this dealership via auto trader. I was promptly contacted back by one of their friendly sales people. We talked about the model they had that I was interested in. We did a bit of negotiating and arrived at a very fair number for both of us. I flew to McMinnville, later that same week to close the deal and pick up the vehicle. The salesman picked me up at PDX and drove me to the dealership which is about 45 miles SW of Portland, OR. There were no surprises and everything in the transaction went smoothly. There was no baloney going through their finance department either. No hard selling, and no deception. Everything was straight and accurate. This was as pleasant of an experience as I've ever had doing a new car deal. More
Kobe Jenson was professional and responsive, I enjoyed doing business with him and the dealership. He drove the car from McMinnville to my home in Portland saving me an expensive Uber ride. doing business with him and the dealership.
