Most of the dealers that work there look as if they have been to the gym once or twice, so naturally, you'd expect an aggressive-cutthroat negotiation. In actuality, everyone there regardless of whether they were my dealer, had a genuine interest in my satisfaction as a costumer. My dealer in particular, Richard Witkowski, went above the level of basic service to make sure that the purchasing of my new car was within level of comfort that I walked in the door with. The transaction was made as seamlessly as it was fair. I feel as if I just bought a brand new car from my friend, why wouldn't you want that feeling going into a purchase as important as a new vehicle? More

Customer Service at its best! I had been looking to trade in my vehicle but I was 4,000 upside down. I had visited a couple other lots prior to visiting McMahon Ford. The other salesmen didn't want to do the work and really try to find a way to get me in a better situation. I started to give up then decided to try one more time and went to see Richard Witkowski who took the time to find a vehicle with less mileage and one that would take my inequity and still keep me in the same Payment range as I was before. Now I'm driving a vehicle if more quality and one that will hold it's value. Richard was very patient with me and was supposed to get off at 6pm and I don't think we left the lot until close to 10pm (sorry Richard). Thank you Richard for doing what no other was willing to do. And thank you to the finance manager for putting up Richard and the 12 vehicles he had you working on lol....Great people and I definitely will be going back when it's time and I Will also be referring friends and family because I stand behind quality customer service!
