He clearly explained what maintenance needed to be done for my safety and what could be saved for a later date. He was clear and honest with pricing. My second visit to McMahon was to trade in my above vehicle for a new OR pre-owned vehicle. Max Parker helped me find the vehicle that fit all of my needs and was patient with my particular tastes. Within one day, Max found the perfect vehicle (2015 Ford Escape Titanium Edition) for me. The trade in value of my vehicle was transparent and easy to follow. Kevin even applied my earlier paid service charge to the value of my vehicle during trade in. Kevin and Max also worked with me to find all available discounts to get the best possible deal (best price found in all of my research). Kevin McMahon provided an amazing sales experience. I recently moved to CT from out of state and Kevin took care of transferring my insurance and registration with no headache on my end to my new vehicle. I will most definitely be servicing my new vehicle at McMahon, and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with them. Finally, having driven a low-tech 2008 for the past seven years, I was not at all familiar all of the "bells and whistles". Richard walked me through all of the features of the vehicle creating a seamless transition.
