If you want to be lied to and treated like an insignificant female customer, visit Ford McMahon in Norwalk, CT! I bought my car there because it's around the corner from my apartment, but that's insignificant female customer, visit Ford McMahon in Norwalk, CT! I bought my car there because it's around the corner from my apartment, but that's the only reason I would have visited this dealership. The customer service reps are untrustworthy, especially if you are a female and need car service that you can't do yourself. The customer service rep, Marco, who I dealt with for my last and final service was an absolute nightmare. He did not listen to my needs/ concerns on the car and fixed something I didn't ask for. Marco cleared my car to be fixed, when the same horrible noise was still happening. I explained to him that the car was still making the initial noise I came in for, and Marco proceeded to say that he cannot help with that and I'd need to come back. I left their service shop and had to call the McMahon sales manager to help me address the issue that was still there. I wasted ample time back and forth fending for myself with the car issues I needed fixed. They want your money, and that is it. I was going to buy Bronco from them, but after multiple bad customer service experiences, I will never be back. More
