We purchased a truck back in January part of the agreement was we needed a spare t Warning Warning Warning - Do not do business with this place!!!!!!! We purchased a truck back in January part of the agreement was we needed a spare tire and they gave us an IOU documentation. We paid in full at the time of the purchase. Within a couple weeks we had to purchase all new tires (as the ones on it were patched with a homemade patch and filled with sand) and replace the U-Joints. We had to keep calling weekly to get the status of our spare tire and our license plates. We kept getting the run around, different excuses each week, and they kept asking us for more paperwork and documentation needed by the count to get our license plates. We call both Bell & Burnet Counties and ask about the documentation needed, they said they did not need any such documentation. In April once my husband wrote a bad review online, they finally responded that they were able to get the license, but now they said we owed them more money for sales tax as they incorrectly calculated and undercharged us. Really four months later after all these conversations they suddenly realized there was an error and we own them $1000 more? They even were holding our license plates and tire until we paid the additional money. When my husband went to talk to they he was told to get off their property and a few days later they had some kid working for them contact us to say he would meet us in Copperas Cove to exchange the license plate and tire for a check. We told him on the phone we were not going to pay anything further. When they met, the kid said he was to stay until we gave him a check. Well that did not happen. Now they have a lawyer calling us saying we signed a document that we agreed to pay additional money. Get real. Stay far far far away from this place!!!! More

Business was not good! Called the day before was wondering on a price about a car. The lady told me there was no price but you can come and we can negotiate on a price. Next day came, drove 2 hours, did All paper work, waited for about 2 hours, they come back and tell me the price finally. I was mad. They want 26,000 for a 58k mile car. (2014 5.0) If they would have told me the price over the phone I would have not went. I was more mad that they didn't even tell me the price until hours later (2 hours) what a waste of time!! What they should have done was gave the price first before getting all my information. Since that what I went there for. More

Kudos to Freedom Jeep Chrysler and TexStar Auto Care for fixing what McLeod sold. We've done tons of maintenance work since purchasing (even bought parts on our own and asked if they would install, with no luck). My husband was driving yesterday and the power steering and brakes failed. Good thing he didn't wreck. Not interested in legal action, because we obviously signed paperwork. Mostly interested in the dealership that sold the vehicle actually giving a xxxx what they are allowing their customers to drive off of the lot. Use extreme caution if you are interested in purchasing from here. (btw, most of the good review come from people typing them during the buying process, not after they've taken the vehicle home.) McLeod, thanks for your "support". I look forward to warning any and everyone I can. Good reviews go to those who earn them. And you most certainly have not. And although I seem to not have your attention, you sure do have mine. More

The next day the car over heated and 2 more times within 9 days and of course NO WARRANTIES on 2012 Chevy cruze. I wanted out of the deal. I hadnt paid the down payment and they still would not take the car back. Yes they fixed it the mechanic was the nicest person i met. I was there for3hrs. He reminded me of Donald Trump rude self absorbed and thought he was better than me. I did what i told others not to and thats buy a used car in Killeen Tx.. I have a bad feeling i got that LEMON.
