My wife and I went to Mcleod Auto Sales in Austin, Texas off Hwy 183. I have bought plenty of cars thru the years but have to say the sales team there were fantastic. I bought my car about a month ago. I was in a tough spot and didn't think I could get a nice car but was able to drive off in a nice CTS. About a week ago I had a couple of issues with the car. This all started when someone totaled our car in the middle of the night, and left us without our second car. I kept hearing a commercial about this car dealership that was "regular people", just like us. It was a good hook, but, we'd heard it all before...you know, buy here, pay here, bad credit, no problem. Then, when they get you in their store, it's just smarmy salesman, up in your face, pitching you as fast as they can, and not hearing a word you say or a question you ask! At McLeod Auto's in Killeen, Texas, they were as far from the typical status quo as you could be! They listened, they answered questions, alot ofquestions, and heard us when we were talking. They WERE regular people, and understood how life happens, situations happen, and that there really are good people who can afford a payment, but, just have trouble getting there. We were treated with so much respect, weren't rushed out to make the next sale, and did everything they could to help us! I cried more than once...the first time thinking it was never gonna happen, and the second time, when I realized it was gonna happen! We didn't have to settle, they never pointed us away from what we wanted, they pointed us exactly toward what we wanted! The process was easy, painless, and a very enjoyable experience! We not only found a car dealership I would highly recommend to anyone, but, we met new friends as well! From the Finance Manager, Cisco, who first heard our story, to K.C., our Salesman, who shared our feelings, with his own understanding, (and on his Anniversary!), to Eddie, who helped us with all the paperwork, it was THE BEST CAR EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD! Purchased a vehicle from this dealer in January. Was promised allot of work was done to the front end, i kept asking for the reciepts, and kept asking. Come to find out my salesman lied to me, 2600 dol promised allot of work was done to the front end, i kept asking for the reciepts, and kept asking.
