At no time did we feel rushed or hurried as we arrived at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Kris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We then met with Josh to review cost as I was surprised that I liked the new XC40 more than the Audi Q3 I had driven previously. We asked Kris to call us back on Monday morning which he did as soon as he arrived in the office. We purchased the car over the phone. The dealership was extremely easy to work with in picking up our vehicle when it was convenient for us as we live an hour away. Joe Wilson in finance was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a seamless process. Kris Hutton was very informative in setting up our new car and following up after we were home. We are looking forward to working with our new dealership at McLaughlin Motors. More

Purchase VOLVO XC60 Owned 2005 XC90 for 13 completely satisfying year. Wanted to retain Volvo experience so went to McLaughlin where I bought the 2005. I was referred to Owned 2005 XC90 for 13 completely satisfying year. Wanted to retain Volvo experience so went to McLaughlin where I bought the 2005. I was referred to Brian Cox as the best Volvo guy there. He listened well and did everything possible to satisfy us. We purchased 2017 XC60. Brian took all the time needed to answer all questions and spent 90 minutes just walking us through all the features of our new XC60 and will help us with any questions we have in the future. Easiest transaction EVER! We had been looking for a Buick Enclave for better than year. Salesmen were great; no punches pulled there - personable and knowledgeable. They even helped set up the free three-month Onstar. Only a little haggling necessary but easy enough. The extended warranty was extremely reasonable. Financing went off without a hitch. Overall the easiest, most pleasant care purchase we have ever encountered (and this was NOT our first rodeo by any means). More

Excellent purchase of a used Volvo XC70 My wife and I drove 300 miles to McLaughlin Motors to examine a 2008 Cadillac SRX (rare vehicle) which turned out to not be the vehicle for us. But i My wife and I drove 300 miles to McLaughlin Motors to examine a 2008 Cadillac SRX (rare vehicle) which turned out to not be the vehicle for us. But in McLaughlin's used car inventory was a 2009 Volvo XC70 (another rare vehicle) which suited us very well. We've owned and enjoyed Volvos in the past. Larry Lewis was our helpful salesperson. During our test drive, we noticed a noise in the rear suspension. The trouble (not a safety issue) was quickly diagnosed by McLaughlin's expert Volvo technician, $1400 in parts were ordered to be shipped to us for installation by our local technician. The price of the vehicle was appropriately adjusted. The parts arrived within a few days. We were very pleased with the transaction and with our new-to-us Volvo. Thank you, Larry and George. More

The added extras they offer, at no further cost to the customer, when buying a new car are really appreciated (tire maintenance, deductible cover, etc) it's amazing. Really old school service in a modern, forward thinking dealership. We are very lucky to have these people in the QCA. You can tell that everyone who works there really takes pride in what they do. Also, the price was unbeatable. We felt lucky they didn't call the police on us, because we totally robbed them in this deal. :-) Robert, our finance guy, deserves a shout out too. He made the process really easy for us and we appreciate that. The Volvo service manager has a great work ethic and truly cares that she working in the customer's best interest. That is RARE in most dealerships these days. You rock, Sherri! I'm looking forward to having a long and harmonious relationship with this dealership. Unlike the VW dealership in the area which I will NEVER deal with ever again. EVER. More
