I brought my 2024 Crosstrek into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation and they gave it a courtesy car wash. When i got it back it looked like the porter has used a dirty towel to dry the car oil change and tire rotation and they gave it a courtesy car wash. When i got it back it looked like the porter has used a dirty towel to dry the car. I contacted them about the damage and they told me to return and they would fix the damage. When i returned they did the worst rush buffing job imaginable. They didnt tape any trim pieces to protect them from damage from the buffer. They didnt clean the car before putting the buffer wheel on the car also. They caused SO MUCH damage. Whats worse is when i brought it to the body shop for repair estimates the body shop manager created a fraudulent estimate with images of a different vehicle in an attempt to deny responsibility. They ruined a brand new cars exterior. Refused to take responsibility. Committed fraud to hide their damage. More
