They have I recently purchased a new 2017 Chevy Silverado from McLaughlin Chevrolet. This is probably my tenth vehicle that I've purchased from them. They have always treated me like a member of a family. Whether it is sales or service, they are very accommodating and easy going. No high pressure sales and no repeat visits to service because they didn't get something right the first time. You won't get a run around or excuses with McLaughlin Chevrolet .... just a great deal, great service and great people. More

You sold me my 2006 HHR Thank you Doreen, you did it again. Can't believe a "car sales person" has made my car buying ordeal a pleasant experience. You sold me my 2006 HHR which I absolutely loved and had no intension of trading it in. After bringing in my car for a routine service you happened to show me a 2016 Trax, I was quite happy with my HHR, but here I am now driving my new Trax. I purchased this vehicle under protest, not because you were pressuring me, it was because my husband was pressuring me. There was nothing wrong with my HHR and I was comfortable driving it, my husband on the other hand would feel more comfortable if I was driving the Trax because it had "all wheel drive" and I work a couple of nights a week, sometimes in wind driven rain and snow, at night, by my self, so under protest I bought it. Well, it only took me less than 24 hours to realize how comfortable and safe I feel in my new Trax, - thank you again Doreen, I am so happy with my new vehicle. : ) More
