My son and I had been out shopping for a car for him. He thought he wanted a Nissan Altima until he drove his 1991 Volvo 240 to a repair/sales shop to put it up for sale. When we arrived we met Chris Franke who was very pleasant and asked us what we were looking for. We explained my son's experience with an emotional "letting go" of his old Volvo and wanted to look at one in a certain price range. Chris really listened to us but told us he did not have any Volvos in that price range. He even went online while we sat in his office and attempted to find a used Volvo in the area for us but there were none. My son then asked him if he had any BMW's in the price range. He did and pulled the car up in front of the dealership and said it has plenty of fuel so "take your time" on your test drive. My son and I really appreciated this instead of the salesman riding with us just around the block in fact this plus the car itself, a 3-Series, contributed to our buying the car. When we returned from the test drive Chris did everything he could to make us feel comfortable with purchasing this car including getting me the lowest possible price. He even had them detail it and fill it with fuel before we left. Chris was professional and at the same time fun and really made the buying experience enjoyable. I live out-of-state and knowing my son has Chris and this dealership to contact for questions and service is very comforting. My wife and I own a BMW and are considering purchasing another one and I will definately contact Chris first. He made the car buying experience a very positive event. More

I began my search for a new vehicle 4 months ago and was looking at several luxury car brands, before discovering Volvo. I had read several good things about Volvo and decided to take a look. From day one, Chris was there to help me pick my dream car. Chris never called or pressured me after my visit, just an email with his contact info if I should choose Volvo. I really appreciated the no-pressure approach, as I was not ready to make a decision. After 3-4 visits to the dealership and driving just about every car on the lot, I decided on a new XC90 custom ordered. Chris faxed all the documents to me and we were able to make the deal via phone/email. During the two month wait for my car, Chris emailed me with updates on the status of my car. When my car arrived, Chris sent a shuttle service to my door and in less than two hours I had signed all the paperwork and been over the details of the car. I am so pleased with my new Volvo and would recommend friends, family, and anyone else to strongly consider NP Volvo, specifically Chris, if you want a great car-buying experience. More

I have been a Volvo driver for several years, and honestly would have a hard time driving anything else. Sales is great to work with and tries to find the right fit and deal to accomodate your needs honestly would have a hard time driving anything else.
