Disappointing I’m not one to give poor reviews but I feel this is important. I arrived at dealership for my service at time of my appointment and there was no one a I’m not one to give poor reviews but I feel this is important. I arrived at dealership for my service at time of my appointment and there was no one at a service desk to greet people. I waited I’m my vehicle for a few minutes, got out walked around, then sat back in my car waited 5 more minutes before anyone even came out. They got started on service (first service for brand new xc90 and needed to check a tire) Krystyna said it would be about hour to hour 15 and pointed me in direction of lounge area (never heard from her after)...where I sat for next 4.5 hours!! I was never offered a courtesy vehicle, told why it was taking so long or apologized to for delay until the end by Daniel, who was only pleasant person I encountered all day. He came out once to tell me I needed a new tire about 2 1/2 hours in. They did need to put a new tire on which takes time and there was an apparent software update, however I could’ve been informed and offered a vehicle instead of sitting all day! In full disclosure, I did not purchase my car from there which could possibly account for lack of customer service? But I promise I won’t go back unless it’s an emergency! This is my first Volvo and when I purchased it was told I was “part of Volvo family” and could get service at any dealership...not so sure that’s case. I’ve never sat in any other dealership where not a person says hello or offers you anything! It was a very disappointing experience for sure! Had it not been for Daniel at end I would’ve given 1 ??. He was friendly and professional. Thanks Daniel if I ever need something there I’d call you. More

Volvo maintenance checl I had a last minute trip come up and wanted to make sure my car was up for the drive. I called on Saturday and was able to come in and have my car che I had a last minute trip come up and wanted to make sure my car was up for the drive. I called on Saturday and was able to come in and have my car checked. I appreciate the team’s willingness to do a last minute check for me. As soon as I get back, I’ll make follow up appointment for the issues found, that didn’t need immediate attention. More

Excellent Daniel is always so helpful in scheduling and updating me. I appreciate that the courtesy vehicle was available to allow me to go home and wait and I Daniel is always so helpful in scheduling and updating me. I appreciate that the courtesy vehicle was available to allow me to go home and wait and I was picked up promptly. Waiting at home I can still have a productive day while my car is getting serviced. Instead of the chocolate chip cookies that I normally eat many of at checkout, I found a sweet Key Lime cookie surprise inside of my vehicle from the McLarty crew. I love surprises and I love excellent service! I definitely feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Keep it up!!! More
