Very accommodating staff, pleasant purchase experience We were looking for a particular vehicle as advertised on the Cargaru website. We came back the next day to test drive the vehicle and talked with Jason again. No pressure, just genuine concern for meeting our needs. Battery change Dead battery/under warranty/called in advance/1 hour to identify the battery was bad/another hour to send someone to get new battery (why don’t you ke Dead battery/under warranty/called in advance/1 hour to identify the battery was bad/another hour to send someone to get new battery (why don’t you keep batteries in hand or at least send someone earlier if you are 89% sure the battery needs to be replaced? Another hour minutes to change it. almost theater hours to swap a battery. I told them I was on my way to Texas and had to be finished at a certain time. They assured me that would be no problem. Well guess what? I was over an hour late. Not to mention the phone calls I placed prior to arrival. The ladies were hncooperative, rude and less than helpful. 5 minutes after I left your service department, I get the “reduced engine performance” warning and my car is notticeably struggling. Thanks. I’ll be taking my car to Dallas for service. More

Great shop in the neighborhood I found out that they have a great tech here that works on cars other than Volvos. Mike the mechanic is very good, and really knows his stuff.
