No Haggle Excellence I love the no haggle sales experience at Volvo. Chris Franke is excellent from online experience to the tutorial of the car. I will say that there are two nagging issues and I don’t want to take away a star. The dealership itself needs to be at the very least updated and really they need a total redo. The Volvo is an excellent car and the facility doesn’t come close to any of the other luxury car dealerships. The dealership experience is huge to me and it might’ve been a dealbreaker if the car wasn’t so excellent and the great salesman, Chris, I was also taken aback by being offered so many and expensive add ons after writing a check. It’s kind of scary buying such an expensive car and then feeling like it needed all this extra protection. I would’ve liked these options to have been offered before picking up the car. At the end of the day I’m thrilled to have my third Volvo but would sure love to see the above addressed. More
