The dealership advertised a really great price for a used car on their website. I called and had a salesperson and a manager verify that price to make sure it wasn't a mistake. When I came in to buy the car with the printed ad in hand, the GM wouldn't sell the car at that price. He acknowledged that one of his salespeople and a manager agreed to sell me the car at a price they advertised, but he said that he couldn't honor it because it was a mistake and they would lose money. When I asked what they would sell it for in light of their mistake, it wasn't anywhere close to the price they offered me previously. The GM said mistakes like those are what happens in a busy dealership, and if he were me he'd be really upset and never do business with his dealership because of how they handled this. His other sales staff acknowledged it was bad business on their part. Mistakes happen, but in this case, they were okay with not taking responsibility for their mistake or making it right. More

They did box me into "categories" they gave me the opportunity to pick what I like and they made the deal happen with the price I want to pay. My co-worker even told everyone here that my deal was the fastest and friendliest car deal she has ever seen. I am extremely happy and will recommend the WORLD to come here. Exceptional Sales & Service...Be someone, not just a sale The best there is, period. Having been a customer of this dealership for over a decade, I've never had a bad experience. Whether it be the sales or se The best there is, period. Having been a customer of this dealership for over a decade, I've never had a bad experience. Whether it be the sales or service department, I and my family have been treated with hnesty, kindness and respect on every visit. I've personally purchased 5 cars from them over the years and recently started thinking of upgrading my car again. I met with our salesman (Wafai) whom ensured he understood fully what we were looking for. He knew I was also looking at another brand and not once tried to pressure me, as he knew the deal and product would sell itself through their office and business practices. The GM (Marty) recognized me and immediately wanted to assist as well in any way he could. Because of such and how the entire staff focuses outward, I ended up trading up two cars! Summary....if your thinking of Nissan...go here. If your not, go here and you will. Marty, Wafai and the staff know how it feels to be a customer as well, so they treat you as people, customers...not just another sale. More

This recall service individual was Went in to have some timed service completed and had the recall guy suggest I take care of a timing chain replaced. This recall service individual was great, very personable and helpful, they were going to put me in a loaner vehicle while they took care of the work. I have an expired license but with active duty or 6 months from discharge from military service my Ohio license is still valid. I explained this to the woman (not the younger trainee) at the service counter but she said they couldn't give me the loaner cause the system wouldn't accept the dates on my license. She didn't call anyone or try to figure it out and she seemed like she didn't care at all. She just said no and there was an uncomfortable moment for me because she didn't follow it up with any helpful advice. This woman wasted an hour of my time and hopefully this company makes an effort in the future to work with out of state military members since most state licenses have this clause. If they don't know the rules then call someone or at least make and attempt to help out the customer. So basically I couldn't get my service completed since I need a vehicle, I just left and I was a little upset that she offered no help. More
High Pressure and Outright Lying. I took my Versa in for an oil change after learning their price was as cheap as Walmart. I thought: Why not get experts on my own car for the same pr I took my Versa in for an oil change after learning their price was as cheap as Walmart. I thought: Why not get experts on my own car for the same price? .I did purchase the car there, by the way, and had a pretty good buying experience, so I expected the same with service . Well, I know it's routine for service shops to try to convince you that you need services other than what you came for, so I told the customer service person I wanted ONLY an oil change and new wiper blades. I knew my car soon needed new tires and a low-beam bulb had just gone out, but I simply didn't have the money that day, which I told the CSR. But lo and behold, not only did she still come out to the lobby during the oil change to tell me I needed new tires and a low-beam, she also brought the filthy cabin filter to show me (and the whole room of people watching). How embarrassing. And of course that's the idea, I'm sure, make somebody look like xxxx if they decline. She told me the prices for all these things and of course they were outrageous. This was the worst: $80 for the light bulb! I asked how that was possible, and she said the bulb could only be accessed by a professional removing big parts under the hood. Guess what? I got the bulb for $8 at the parts store, and my boyfriend put it in using NO tools, in about 10 minutes, and he'd never even done it before--it was just that easy to figure out. The wiper blades they put on split and made streaks in just a couple months, and totally shredded off not long after that. Lousiest pair I've ever had. I wish I could say I've put the whole thing behind me, but from then on they began emailing me and calling me, trying to sell me more services and even a new car. The woman who has called twice now has the most annoying, condescending tone I've ever heard. Not only am I never going to get my oil changed there again; I'm never getting anything done there again, and I'm sad to say I will probably not own another Nissan (this is my fourth). More
