Boycott Mclarty Nissan I just want to say that I have never in my life been to a dealership like this one. It was a horrible experience and the more I talk with people about I just want to say that I have never in my life been to a dealership like this one. It was a horrible experience and the more I talk with people about it the more I think I need to report to the attorney general/better business bureau about what happened to me. I was desperately needing a dependable car. I work in the medical field and I am always traveling/last minute change of plans with my job. I talked to Ron on the phone about a Chevy Cruze and he told me to come on down to look at it. On my way there he called me to tell me that it had been sold and wasn't taken off the website yet. He told me to still come down and look at their other cruzes. I looked at one/test drove it and everything was fine. I told him to see if we can make a deal. We got everything worked out. I go to leave and the engine light comes on. The car was jerking when trying to accelerate and at times could barley accelerate. It was near closing time so he told me to come back Monday so they could look at it. I had to take off work that Monday which was an inconvenience in itself. Got there right when they were opening and he told me that the service department would look at it. After about an hour of waiting he told us to go drive around and he would call when he knew something. Around 1:30, I finally asked what was going on and he told me to come back to get a loaner car to drive cause it wouldn't be ready. I had to ask every few days for an update cause I haven't heard anything. My work schedule is crazy so I was hoping for a light day that I could come get the car. They had the car for a full week. I went back the next Monday. Picked up the car, was so happy that I finally have a decent car and drive off the lot and the freaking engine light was back on!!! It was jerking still. Had no power. It was like the car was never touched!!! This car wasn't inspected to begin with before it was put on the lot. That is horrible business. You would think with a name like Mclarty Nissan you would think everything would be checked out to ensure that the car is safe and reliable for the customer. I've seen reviews now that I wish I read before coming to this dealership. I went back to the dealership yesterday and was told that they would put me in a different car for the same price. I was very upset and started to cry. I didn't have time to deal with this. Ron was upset. He told the GM to come talk to me but no one came. That was okay because I will be taking this higher up /leaving reviews anyway. They ended up showing me a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and I liked it okay but it wasn't what I wanted. I had no other choice but to get this car since my car was already gone and I was told I couldn't back out of the deal. This car was not the same price. Not what I wanted but it will get me to where I need to go for now. As soon as I can, I will be trading this car, but I will never set foot back in this dealership again. I will tell this experience to everyone in my path also. I will be going to a dealership with compassion and empathy for their customers. Stand behind your vehicles. It's not safe practice to just throw them on a lot and hope for the best. Now I'm just hoping I get my paperwork on time. By the looks of it, it looks like most people get their paperwork late and end up paying late fees. 😳 P.S. Ron is a great salesman, not pushy, and the only one that seemed like he cared. More

Sounds suspicious so I contacted the dealership on 4/24/17 to inquire as to which models were selling for 25% off MSRP. JESSICA was unable to list any models available under these provisions. Glad I didn't waste any more time with this dealership. Remember if it sounds too good to be true........it probably is. Felipe More
Awful... avoid this stealership I hate that I even had to give them a star bc they don't deserve any. Purchased car from them when they were running $6,000 off in rebates. Got home and realized they only gave me one of the 2 rebates. Whatever, next time ill read the fine print better. moved on. Cars check engine light came on at 2,400 miles and I had purchased bumper to bumper warranty. Took it up there and they said they'd fix it and it should be under warranty... guess what? it wasn't covered and it cost $600 in labor when the car was only at the dealership for 4 hours from drop off to pick up time. Completely baffled how they charged me 5 hours worth of labor when the car was only there 4 hours... STEALERSHIP!!! Avoid this place at all cost. Any other dealership would be a better choice. More

Bought the van & AJ was to supply me with 3 floor mats, DVD Remote and Chrysler van book. Next day my nephew, 44 yr.old, family member collapsed, had heart attack & died. We were in Hot Springs all next week. We have called and gone to the dealership, but still have not received the items. My Husband stopped by today to check with AJ, then asked for the manager person in charge. No one came to help him.Can't make connection with AJ. I trusted him and the dealership. I am not pleased with this situation. I would not recommend shopping for an automobile from McLarty's. Since we are an elderly couple I feel McLarty's/AJ have not kept their word to supply us with 3 floor mats, DVD Remote and 1 Chrysler van book. Have we been taken advantage of? You bet!! I don't know what else to do.HELP!! More
Could of died so to mistake Had my car serviced and they told me I need a new tire. Went to get new tire immediately and as soon as they put it up on the rack they said my right Had my car serviced and they told me I need a new tire. Went to get new tire immediately and as soon as they put it up on the rack they said my right axel was broken. Called Nissan and told them they said they were sorry. I could have died because my tire could have flown off. I have always used the dealership and paid extra because I thought I was getting the best of the best service. I will never use a Nissian dealership again. Overpriced and negligent!!!! More
Ask For AJ!!! Hate going to car dealers, was dreading having to get a newer vehicle because of the way car salesmen usually act. Not super but good Found a vehicle I liked and took it for a test drive. I decided this vehicle was the one I wanted what wanted. I had also found the exact same vehicle just a different color not far out of state. I decided to try and make a deal on this vehicle and told them what I would give them for it cash money. They did't want to make the deal so I told them they had till the next day at 2:00 pm to make the deal or I would drive to the other state and buy theirs. I got a call the next day at about 11;00 am that they would do my deal. Happy owner of this Nissan. Don't get locked in on a pricing war. so your research and give your offer and if they don't want to deal go somewhere else. Someone will deal. More
