Long wait time. I have my oil changed there often this is the first time I really considered going somewhere else. I was there 1 hour and 1/2 and my car never moved . I finally went to the desk to see how much longer and was told I still had 4 people ahead of me. Usually if its going to be an extremely long wait they let me know. There were people that came in after me and had there car back in 30 minutes so I'm not sure if my paperwork was overlooked are they had an appointment. More

Service was awesome I was so frazzled when my transmission quit working that I had forgotten about the warranty. I called and spoke with Michael and he confirmed it was s I was so frazzled when my transmission quit working that I had forgotten about the warranty. I called and spoke with Michael and he confirmed it was still under warranty, gave me the name of a tow company to get my car picked up and towed to the shop. Michael made sure to keep me informed of each step, from the arrival of my car, to talking to the warranty company and when it was completed. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. I am so thankful they were able to get my car working in one day. I want to say thank you to the mechanic that worked on my car, he did a great job! More
