Oil change The service was great, the personnel were prompt, polite and the waiting room was stocked with water and quality coffees. That was more than I was expecting. The oil installed is Mobile One Synthetic which, despite what the service manager said, should be good for more than 5000 miles before the need to change. That could account for the increased cost. In the past it has cost closer to $35 and the oil was Penzoil. Changing oil brands is something I have tried to avoid because the detergents used by different manufacturers don’t mix and can create sludge. That was one of the reasons I returned to the same place for an oil change, expecting that the same brand oil would be used. More
