Not friendly Went in for service oil change and tire rotation. Haven't been in for service due to issues we had in the past. We purchased our Juke here when it wa Went in for service oil change and tire rotation. Haven't been in for service due to issues we had in the past. We purchased our Juke here when it was North point.Since Mclarty purchased there have been issues. Service staff not friendly and at times rude. I was looking at New Rogue on show room floor while waiting for oil change. No one offered to help me. We bought our tires there and are supposed to get free rotation. When we got the bill they charged me for the rotation. They went back and took it off when I pointed it out. We also have points that we could use towards service. I told the guy that when we came in. He stated that I would have to talk to the person inside when i checked out. He was person that did my bill and he didn't use my points towards service. More
