And the case had to be made why the warranty should cover most of these charges. No phone calls Kadence to give updates on what was happening. To find anything out phone calls had to be made from my end. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership. Will not be making any further purchases here and will not be reccomending to anyone I know. More
Good Service For A Premium Overall, I have received mostly services from Mclarty Nissan North Little Rock. This visits was for an oil change. They changed it for about $46. They also did an inspection that reported that I need about $700 worth of other service, including a $179 transmission fluid change, $179 brake fluid flush, and some other random needed items. More
Tire was loosing air I was told I had a screw embedded in the onboard curving portion of my tire. Kelly gave me some new tire options, she printed your for me the size I needed and estimate on each brand. (Also a sale on tires going on). You customer waiting room is nice, while waiting I enjoyed a hot chocolate drink. I have just contacted Kelly to order me a new set of Mitchellin's (the kind my husband likes the best) More

Worst place ever. You’re service center is rude and I was very mislead when buying my car. I bought a CPO 2016 Sentra and my weather sealing fell off the day I bought i You’re service center is rude and I was very mislead when buying my car. I bought a CPO 2016 Sentra and my weather sealing fell off the day I bought it. They fixed that after waiting four hours. I went up there again yesterday because my brakes were going bad and my door handle was falling off after having the car for three months. They told me I was going to have to pay a $150 INSPECTON fee. I told them that with all do respect there is no way I am paying $150 to look at my car when I am still under warranty. Then they told me that my brakes and door handle were indeed bad but they were not paying for it because they were not under warranty. I was told a certified pre owned was supposed to be as good as a new car. I have never had a new car needing brakes after 2 1/2 months, I have never had a car who’s door handle fell off, and I have never had a car who’s weather stripping fell off. The Altima I had before this car needed new brakes at 90,000 and my car isn’t even at 50,000. The service manager told me they fixed the weather stripping out of good will and they should not have fixed it because it wasn’t under warranty. I gave up with him and went to a store manager and he agreed that the door handle should be fixed but I had to pay for the brakes because apparently they were in great condition when the car was sold to me. I do not trust the person who made my car a CPO because they should have caught the weather stripping. I literally opened the door when I got home the day I bought the car and it was dangling. someone did not do there job and I had to pay $206 for their mistake. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go here because y’all are misleading and try to take advantage of your customers. More

Considering other places for servicing from now on.. I wouldn’t recommend this service center because the services are not clearly explained. When I bring my car in for a regular servicing that means to I wouldn’t recommend this service center because the services are not clearly explained. When I bring my car in for a regular servicing that means to me that the oil and filter will be changed, the fluids will be checked and topped off and the tires will be checked and air in them if necessary. For the past two times that I have come in they have colored red my coolant, brake fluid and power steering fluid. They have told me they recommended the coolant service when the winter hits and the brake fluid change when I have to get my brakes done. Neither of these have come to pass yet. These recommendations were made due to the lack of being able to afford them all at once due to their price tags! After this servicing they still colored red these items. I had my husband check the fluids as I feared they weren’t putting anything in it until I got that service done. My husband had to put quite a bit of coolant, a little power steering fluid and it needs brake fluid. I can go many places and get a simple oil change and inspection for under $50 which is what this one costs. I give the rating because this service center should be topping off the fluids instead of allowing them to run dry in the hopes that the customer will get the small fortune that it takes to complete them all at the dealership. I am strongly considering taking my vehicle to a privately owned service center instead of coming here. I have had more than one issue and who can afford the dealership prices anyways? More
