Air bag light on turned to delight! After our long distance travel, my wife noticed the airbag light was flashing. Upon checking it, I noticed when she pulled her purse out of the truck, After our long distance travel, my wife noticed the airbag light was flashing. Upon checking it, I noticed when she pulled her purse out of the truck, it unplugged the airbag service! I plugged it back in! Because it was unplugged for a few days during our drive to Arkansas, it messed up the coding in the computer. I took it to McLarty, within 10 minutes, they cleared the problem due to a ‘special issue’, at no charge to me!!! Thank you McLarty!!! You have my business from here on out! When my wife and I went in to talk numbers, the first thing we notice was the erect male Genitalia drawn on the salesman’s calendar. He didn’t seem to know it was there, but noticed it midway through negotiations and finally threw the calendar on the floor. My 7 year old son noticed it before the sales guy. When I left it was around nine and he told me that my extra keys, fobs, mats, and manual were locked in a room he didn’t have access to and if I came up the next day he’d have them. My wife went up the next day and he still disnt have access to the room so she made the 20 mike trip for nothing. He told her to call Monday before making another trip. When I called on Monday he told me that they’d looked all over for my items and that they couldn’t find them , but if they didn’t theyd order new items. I asked him to call me and update me. He said I’d hear from him by 6. I did not. Then next day I called and he was off. I tried to get the sales manager on the phone. Instead of coming he told the person they answered the phone he’d have to talk to the original salesman so there was no need to talk. I emailed him. He didn’t respond. I then called again today n Wednesday and got the original sales person. He told me to come up for some mats and that they’d order the keys, fobs, and manual. I then made an extra trip again to get the mats. He couldn’t find them. So then he told me that he’d grab some outnofnanother truck. The ones he grabbed didn’t match my interior. He told me that all frontiers mats were gray or black. I took what he gave me. He again said they “would order” the other items. Not that they had ordered them but they would. When I got home the mats didn’t fit my truck. The next day I called again to talk to the executive manager. He was busy. So I emailed him. He assured me that they’d remedy the situation. Later in the day I got a call from the original sales manager who had ignored my call an email on Tuesday. I missed the call but he left a message. It seems they had the capability to make a key, program, key fobs and had some mats that fit my truck on the lot. He asked could I come up next day. I called him back at the number he left and it took me to someone else’s voicemail. I left a message and hope for the best. Today, Friday October 5th I again made the drive into North Little Rock. When I got there no one seems to have any clue what I was talking about. The sales manager was in a meeting. I had to wait until they got a reply from him before the process of getting my items again. After sitting for an hour and a half I now have the majority of my items. Except for the owners manual. Which they have to order. I ve put about 100 miles on my new truck that I shouldn’t have had to. I’m out about four hours of my time. No one asked what they could do to compensate me for those things. No one seemed to care about me after the contract for the truck was signed. I feel like they hoped I’d just get tired and go away. I still have to drive up there again if and when the manual comes in. I have bought nisssans for awhile. I never had this problem when the lot was NLR Nissan. Mclarty is the most unprofessional business I have ever frequented and I will not be purchasing from them in the future. Ps. The calendar with the genitalia drawing is still right on the floor next to the original salesman’s desk Just waiting for some other kid or woman to see. Update: I contacted Mrs. Linn on 10/14 about my problem and was assured that my manual was ordered and would be in in a day or so and overnighted to me. As of today, 10/28/18 I still have no manual. My first payment is due in 8 days. At this rate I fully expect that I will make that payment before I have my manual. Promises keep being made, but none are followed up on. More

Worst customer service Purchased vehicle and had to fill up tank. Was told could come back in couple days to get fill up. Almost 3 weeks and no contact from salesman or management about paperwork, satisfaction, or other services that were supposed to be taken care of “complimentary “. Called and talked with a “manager “ after getting incorrect information on amount of sales tax and he promised 100% that he would contact me next day to fix the situation. No phone call was received! Worst experience ever with purchasing a vehicle! More
