Power Steering Pump The check out lady in the service department was rude and actually mocked me about driving 20 miles without putting 2 gallons of gas in the truck. The The check out lady in the service department was rude and actually mocked me about driving 20 miles without putting 2 gallons of gas in the truck. They also told me there wasn't anything wrong with my power steering pump only that I was low on fluid and when I took it to my home dealership, the pump was bad which was unsafe. They also were not thrilled ab having to put me in a loner vehicle since I was out of state. Overall, the service was horrible, rude, and they let me drive an unsafe vehicle from Arkansas to Texas. More
