Your irrelevant after you buy Unhappy all around with my whole experience. I was happy the first week only because of being ignorant to the workings of this businesss and was lied Unhappy all around with my whole experience. I was happy the first week only because of being ignorant to the workings of this businesss and was lied to about receiving what was owed to me with the purchase of a brand new car and instead was ignored and still 2 months later have not received the part for my car and had to call and complain to have my car looked at in a timely manner after I was talked to rudely and informed after a day my car hadn't even been looked at. More

Bad oil change I drive a 2012 Nissan Altima , I bought it new at this dealership , I have had my oil changed at this dealership every service scheduled, last week I drive a 2012 Nissan Altima , I bought it new at this dealership , I have had my oil changed at this dealership every service scheduled, last week I was having it serviced and the service advisor told me they stripped out the oil pan plug , it would cost me 320.00 dollars to have replaced, I checked at NAPA parts store and i bought a new oil pan for 66 dollars, my understanding, other car services take care of damaged oil pans when they strip out plugs ?? More
