Forgetful and wrongfully billing Paid for parts, we got home to realize they had not been replaced. We were not notified of this and my husband used to be a mechanic and was looking o Paid for parts, we got home to realize they had not been replaced. He called the service department which wanted us to come back, which meant stop our day, which could not happen to come back to the dealership. My husband had open heart surgery (5 bypasses) and had therapy. He went back this morning to get it resolved. They tried to say it was an honest mistake which would have warranted a phone call, which we didn’t receive. They didn’t replace them but we still should’ve received a phone call if it was an honest mistake More

Very curious and pleasant to deal with. I only gave a 4 star rating on price because I think the dealership could have a little better price for cash customers than for customers that financ I only gave a 4 star rating on price because I think the dealership could have a little better price for cash customers than for customers that finance. I know this is probably not the fault of the dealership, but Nissan. We paid 1,500.00 more for the vehicle than someone who bought the same vehicle and financed it through Nissan. Just not fair I don't think. This is why I only gave a 4 star rating on price. We love our Rogue anyway. More

Oil change They came to me in the waiting room and carried me back and show me where on my first Maintenance visit they stripped a lugnut. They didn’t have to do that but they did all went good and with it taking longer they ask if I needed anything to eat or a loaner car. Great work More
