Not nice at all Came in for a noise with my car and also told them was near being due for an oil change. Waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room before I got up to see what was wrong and why I had not been told anything, was advised that they had been VERY BUSY and that I need to bring the car back when I had time to leave with them. I said “ My car could not been looked at within 21/2 hours and they stated “no”. Was very upset.. also the sticker they put in my window for the oil chg came off while I was driving.....NOT HAPPY!! More

Service/Oil Change I have always been treated well. Sales staff are friendly and easy to talk to. My only complaint is the cost of repairs keeps going up. Short...sweet and no gimmicks Genuinely friendly staff who didn't try and upsell me on products/ services I didn't need. My wait time was minimal and checkout was almost painless. Good experience I went strictly for online prices I saw but the salesman seemed surprised at the online price and said something along the lines of needing to read th I went strictly for online prices I saw but the salesman seemed surprised at the online price and said something along the lines of needing to read the fine print to see what all discounts are applied (which I did read the fine print that was available). So, I did not get the deal I expected to get but I did get fairly close so went ahead and signed the contract. I will add that I have excellent credit so that may have played a role in getting the price down where I wanted. I did like that the salesmen are not like vultures like at other dealerships. They even gave my friend and I the key and we went on a test drive by ourselves which is nice. Overall a good experience besides the issue with online prices. More
