My wife received a phone call from a salesperson - very aggressive and my wife was trying to explain that we were going a different direction - HE HUNG UP ON HER! Seamless process from start to finish! I was in the market for a new car and I wanted to take advantage of the year-end deals. I went to multiple dealerships in NLR, and drove every mid-sized SUV they market for a new car and I wanted to take advantage of the year-end deals. I went to multiple dealerships in NLR, and drove every mid-sized SUV they had to offer. The team here was far superior! From the initial interaction they were pleasant and professional. They weren’t trying to “sell” me. I knew what I wanted and they delivered. David Lee was my Salesman, and he was a gem. He simplified the process and made me feel at home. He went the extra mile and let me see the inventory at another location to find exactly what I wanted. The General Sales Manager, Mr. Valencia, was helpful and genuine, unlike some others I encountered during my shopping experience. I visited the dealership multiple times during the week and everyone I encountered was polite and personable. Daniel Reed and Shilo Mitchell worked their magic with getting me the best financing option to meet my needs. I was hesitant to approach car shopping, but these guys made it a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone. More
WORST Car Buying Experience I've Ever Encountered The people that work at this dealership are deceptive, dishonest and, blatantly deceptive. I found two cars I was interested in on Autotrader, both at The people that work at this dealership are deceptive, dishonest and, blatantly deceptive. I found two cars I was interested in on Autotrader, both at their dealership. They sold my first choice out from under me while I was negotiating. Zero remorse, zero apology, just simply told me it's no longer available. We then began negotiating the second car and I told them DO NOT SELL IT because I would pay cash for it if we didn't reach a financing deal. We had agreed to pay the price listed online because it was a "Certified" used car with low miles and it was reasonably priced. I agreed to the price (document fees INCLUDED in the sale price I was told) with a guy named Brandon and the E-Commerce Manager Eric Terry. HOWEVER, I get to the point of talking to the Finance Manager, Daniel Reed, and the monthly payment I was quoted was $60 higher than what it was suppose to be for the agreed price, down payment and interest rate I was given. TURNS OUT, when they sent the paperwork to Daniel, they tacked on an EXTRA $1000 TO THE SALE PRICE OF THE CAR. Accident or not, that event in itself is extremely unprofessional. But it doesn't stop there. They get back to me with the "correct" sale price, but now they've gone through a different finance company with a higher interest rate and they've TACKED ON DOC FEES onto the finance price. I then said to xxxx with financing this vehicle and OFFERED TO PAY CASH for the full price listed online. THEY TOLD ME NO. They said it was a finance only price but it WAS NOT LISTED ANYWHERE ON THE ADVERTISEMENT. These actions are ILLEGAL and I will be reporting them to the Arkansas Motor Company Commission, Better Business Bureau, and others to make sure they are held accountable for their dishonesty and attempts to deceive customers. Despite their "4.5 Stars" if you read reviews on Google and Facebook, this is not the first time they've attempted things like this and it WILL NOT BE THE LAST. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More
Deceptive I was lied to and manipulated. I stated what I was interested in, fair price for used 4 Runner. I was badgered by 3 sale people (1 primary salesman, 2 "managers"). Ultimately it a I stated what I was interested in, fair price for used 4 Runner. I was badgered by 3 sale people (1 primary salesman, 2 "managers"). Ultimately it appears I paid about new car price for a 40K miles unwarranted vehicle and didn't get the features I wanted. Payment quotes were reduced by extending the payment period ( beyond what I'd been told,) not reducing the inflated list price. Questions such as percentage rates deflected or manipulated i.e. and that's when other employee would arrived to push the sale. I was repeatedly asked what were my limits/ expectations. Price value was my primary desire, but color and monthly payments were pushed. I see why they they enjoy working there. They have a wolf pack mentality. They work as a team to snare a deal. No real care for the customer. More
