If I could give this company a zero I would. It was without question the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car. They told me one thing and then tried to do something else. I told them what I would pay them for a particular car including tax, title and license fees, they agreed to the price, but when I went to sign the papers suddenly the tax was not included, as they said it would be. I will never try to do business with this company again. The price without tax was actually more than what they had the car " on sale" for at the time. They treated me like I was too stupid to realize what they were doing, I was not. I would advise anyone doing business with this company.Read everything twice, make sure it is what they said it would be, and good luck I bought my car at another company. They did exactly as they said they would, Love the car, Same kind, same model, a lot less. More

Ask for Kyle great guy and easy to work with. He does what he says he’ll do. He delivered our new car spotless and full of gas in a timely manner. Great experience. Dealership is only as good as its employees. I’m a returning customer BECAUSE of your service department. They have taken care of my vehicle for 4 years. Very attentive. Ethan Sinclair was my salesman. I found him to be genuine, honest (as much as a car salesman can be 😁), attentive and willing to LISTEN. In a short time I actually came to trust him. The situation changed when he had to get “his manager, Sammy”. This young man came in with an attitude. He was borderline accusatory and rude. I could overlook most of this but when he came back for the 3rd time delivering a message from the General Manager that “they were losing too much money on this deal and that, even bring a loyal customer, they don’t want me to come back for any future purchases”. I don’t see that as a problem. Ethan was a true team player and tried his best to smooth things over. He made excuses for “Sammy”. He even tried to say “he was kidding”. Considering a smile never came upon Sammy’s face during the entire encounter, I don’t believe he was. Again, Ethan Sinclair was awesome and I thank him for helping me get into my 2025 Nissan Rogue. I wasn’t to thrilled about management. This individual argued the price over and over. I felt under attack and would have torn up my $10k down payment check walking out and going to different dealership had it not been for Ethan. This is my 2nd Rogue. The Service Dept is 2nd to none.
